Our service capabilities for Shimano motors are second to none, with a comprehensive range of batteries, wires, and accessories always in stock. This ensures speedy repairs, minimising the amount of time your bike has to spend in the workshop, and maximizing the time you get to spend out on the trail. We also offer firmware updates and software diagnostics, promptly and efficiently, whenever required. Our staff members are fully trained and constantly updating their knowledge on all things Shimano. Rest assured - we are here to take care of every aspect of your ride from start to finish, providing unparalleled support every step of the way.

 

Your Service

To ensure a smooth service experience, please take note of the following instructions and expectations for the day of your bike service:

Drop-off:
Kindly bring your eMTB to our location either 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or no later than 11 am on the day of your service. We kindly request that your bike is presented to us in a clean state. Any bike presented that requires additional cleaning, may be subject to a cleaning charge. 

Service Timing:
We do not offer specific time slots for bike servicing. If you prefer to wait while your bike is being serviced, please provide us with advance notice. Our goal is to complete the service and have your bike ready before the end of the day, considering the availability of spare parts.

Price Confirmation:
Before fitting any new parts, our mechanic will contact you via phone to discuss and confirm the pricing. No work will proceed without your prior consent. It is crucial to provide us with accurate contact details.

Disposal of Parts:
Unless otherwise requested, any worn or broken parts will be disposed of during the service process.

Collection Timeframe:
Please ensure that your bike is collected within one week after it has been serviced or repaired. Failure to do so may result in a storage fee being charged if the bikes are not collected within a reasonable timeframe.
