Standard Delivery Policy Information

At Kinetic Revolution, we understand the importance of getting your items to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

That’s why we typically dispatch and have your items delivered to you within 1-7 working days, depending on the service being used.

This is a combination of postal and courier services using Standard UK Delivery, where standard accessory deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm. The cost of delivery is stated on every order made.

We cannot accept responsibility for subsequent damage that may occur once the order has been delivered to the chosen delivery address. However, should a customer need to report any damage, it must be done within 24 hours.

Bike Deliveries

Deliveries of brand-new bikes are usually made between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday (Working Days).

If you are unavailable to take delivery of their order, you can request that our courier leaves their delivery with a neighbour, with a signature obtained on receipt of goods to ensure the order has safely arrived.

Your brand-new bike will go through a pre-delivery inspection process, built with the utmost care, so you can ride it in confidence. Feel free to call us for directions if needed, we are happy to help!

Fully Built Hand Delivery With 15 Minute Handover. Specific Day.
Your brand-new bike will be 100% built, ready to ride, and include a pre-delivery inspection so that you can ride it in confidence.
We’ll arrange a delivery day with a personalised delivery slot to suit you, between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm because we want to take the worry and stress out of New Bike Day.
Then we’ll carefully hand-deliver it, having transported it like the precious cargo it is. Because nothing should spoil the arrival of your new bike.
The qualified driver will undertake a full 15 minute handover, setting saddle height and answering any questions you may have.

1) Heavier or oversize items may also incur an extra fee.

2) Hand Built delivery isn't available to all postcodes (especially Scottish Highlands & Islands and any delivery involving water crossing). We will be in touch to arrange alternative options once your order is placed. There maybe additional charges, but we will do our best to cover this.

3) With regret we are not shipping to the Channel Islands and Ireland

Damaged Item(s)/Packaging

At Kinetic Revolution we understand how frustrating it can be when items are damaged in transit. That is why we ask if you could contact us immediately, if you notice that the packaging is clearly damaged, do not accept the goods and do not sign for the delivery. We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the courier after a package has been signed for.

Customers must inform us of any damage to packaging within 24 hours of receiving the item, if notification is after this time, we may not be able to claim for this issue and the customer may be liable for costs as a result of this.

Missed/Failed Deliveries

If there is a failed attempt to deliver your item due to no one being at home or no answer, then the driver will leave a card. This will be up to the recipient to call the number on the card to make suitable arrangements to receive the order from the depot.

The courier will try to deliver the order a final time free of charge, however, if this also fails then a charge of standard delivery rate will be made. This will be advised by the courier at the time of arranging any subsequent deliveries.
