If you wish to return a bike to us whether it be damaged / the wrong size, please keep the original delivery packaging (we expect you keep this for at least 2 weeks from receiving the bike), and call customer services on 01206 364411, to ask for a returns form. Alternatively email [email protected]
The bike will need to be couriered/ posted back to us at your own expense complete with its original packaging.
1. Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used. The retail sales value of a used item is generally 60% of the new and unused value. THIS APPLIES EVEN IF A BIKE HAS BEEN RIDDEN ONLY ONCE. Please therefore ensure that the item has not been used at all unless you are likely to receive only 60% of what you paid for it when new. Please USE A BOX and proper packing materials. If you have discsard these we can supply these items to you at a cost.
2. If we have sent you the incorrect bicycle, we will cover all costs of the collection and delivery of the replacement model.
3. If we have delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection, you decide it is not the bike for you and you have changed your mind, you will be liable for the cost and the safe return of the bike back to Kinetic Revolution.
Should you want us to collect the bike on your behalf a fee of £50 will be charged for us to collect the bike on your behalf.
4. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any bike should the bike show signs of use or has excessive damage due to being packed inadequately and damaged in transit back to us.
5. You have 14 days to let us know you wish to return a product from point of delivery & a further 14 days to return the product to us if the above conditions are met.
Please Note: You will also be liable for any damage incurred in transit of the bike on its retrun journey back to Kinetic Revolution. Please ensure that the bike is packed safely and securely. Any bikes that do receieve damage we will deduct a percentage of the value of the bike.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, for any reason, we will contact you offering a suitable alternative product, where possible, or the opportunity to cancel your order
